1) Non-commercial project
- your project is not monetized in any way – including adverts, sponsorships, adSense, subscriptions, etc.
- your project is not in any way competitive to my content on YouTube/Spotify (ambient videos, relaxing videos, soundscapes…)
- my sound pieces are not the primary value of your project

- small, unmonetized YouTube channel
- school project
- unmonetized Twitch stream
- unmonetized private/streamed DND session
- free podcasts
- free audiobooks
➨ You can use my work available on my YouTube channel if you credit me as the author and provide a link to the channel.
2) Commercial use – games
- non-exclusive rights to my existing music to be used in a game
➨ I am currently working on making my music available through games related market places. My work will be available in bundles (for better price) and some single pieces.
Some of my work is already available on Unity Asset Store https://assetstore.unity.com/publishers/98753
Before more of my work is published you can purchase a non-exclusive license of my music pieces (music only, without the ambient sounds) for 20$ a piece. Contact me via email: info@martiasmuses.com. It is important to type “Licensing for game” as the subject of the email. Introduce me to your project and tell me which piece/s you are interested in.
Future availability in stores
Next up I will be uploading to Unreal Engine Marketplace.
I am also considering GDM, Pond5, Audio Jungle and itch.io, but need to find out more about their conditions first.

4) Private commissions
IMPORTANT: Due to personal reasons I will not be able to work on private commissions from the 15th of May 2024 onward.
- you would like a music piece or sound and music piece with exclusive rights
If you decide to go this route bear in mind the price for a single piece will be 100$+ depending on complexity and length.
